You have the right to return all products purchased from Urbyn Skyy Apparel for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase date. All items must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges, and the original shipping charges may be different from the return shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Please print and complete the returns form and include it in your package.
2. Send your items to the address below, using the address label at the bottom of the returns form

3. Send your items with the label intact along with the order number
4. Include instructions on how we should process your return (ex. for refund, exchange for another size, style, etc.)
5. For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/Item Number (please note that exchanges must be applicable products of equal or lesser value that are currently in stock.
6. As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, or the wrong product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. The delivery usually takes approximately 2-5 business days.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order has left our processing center you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and you can track your order on USPS.COM.

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might have been mistaken as junk. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please contact us using the contact form to confirm that your order has been received successfully.
MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET
Please double check the tracking information provided by USPS. You can find your tracking number in the order dispatch email you received from us. If you order has been delivered according to USPS but you have not received it yet, please check with your local post office. Should you be unable to locate your package, please get in touch with our support team so we can look into it. If your order can not be delivered because of an incorrect address, please get in touch with our support team from the contact form as well and we will do our best to assist you.
